During a session, you’ll remain fully clothed and either lie comfortably on a massage table or be seated—whichever feels best for your body. The atmosphere is calming, with soft lighting, grounding music, and optional aromatherapy
to help ease you into a state of deep relaxation.

Using light touch or hovering hands, Reiki energy is channeled intuitively to where it’s needed most—clearing energetic blockages, calming the nervous system, and activating your body’s natural healing process. Each experience is unique,

Reiki +Restorative Blend

This 60-minute private session is a gentle, immersive blend of Restorative Yoga and continuous Reiki Energy Healing—intentionally crafted to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect with
your inner self.

You’ll be welcomed into a soft, nurturing space filled with calming music, grounding scents, and cozy props. From the moment you arrive, everything is designed to support your nervous system and create a feeling of safety and ease.

What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a brief check-in to discuss your physical, emotional, or energetic needs so the session can be personalized just for you.

Then, I will gently guide you through approximately six deeply supported Restorative Yoga postures, each held for several minutes. These poses are designed to allow your body to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and invite stillness without any effort or strain.

Throughout the entire 60 minutes, I will be offering continuous Reiki energy healing, either with light touch or hovering hands—infusing each posture with intuitive, spiritually guided energy to help dissolve blockages, restore balance, and create space for emotional and energetic release.

As you rest in each pose, Reiki works in harmony with your body, encouraging profound relaxation and inner healing. The stillness of each posture allows Reiki to move deeply—offering you the opportunity to access layers of restoration
that are rarely reached in daily life.

Aftercare:

We’ll close with gentle grounding and integration, ensuring you feel steady and supported as you transition out of the session. Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
